It is always such magic to photograph family! My beautiful sister and her family are no exception to this. We met up at Wright's Field in Alpine for a sunset session under an amazing, rain-cloud filled sky. Often the threat of rain can be a bit nerve wracking, but in this case, it proved to be so much fun and so worth it. The beautiful thunder clouds did not dissapoint and thankfully, the rain didn't come until we were finished! It made for a wet walk back to the cars, but it was totally worth it. Her and her husband Nick have three boys; Rowdy, Coye, and Riggs, and just added a new little boy pup, Tug. I love them all so much! The boys love to run around, jump on things, and play in the dirt. Capturing the kids in their "natural" state is one of my favorite things. At one point, I had two tigers attacking me while I was taking their pictures!!
